Delivery Time

The delivery process has two steps: fulfillment and shipping. It usually takes 2 to 4 business days to make and prepare the order, while shipping time depends on the destination country.

To calculate the accurate delivery time, add the fulfillment time to the shipping time. (Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time).

Estimated Delivery & Shipping Costs

Note: These estimates are closer to reality, though actual delivery times may be slightly longer or shorter.

From Oct 15 to Jan 17, 2026, a $0.40 surcharge will be added to all orders with a US destination address. This temporary fee reflects the annual holiday surcharges imposed by major US shipping carriers—such as USPS and DHL—to manage increased order volumes and extra handling. Just like last year, we’re adjusting our rates to stay aligned with these seasonal industry-wide changes. This is not a permanent price increase.

We are happy to ship goods around the world, but unfortunately, due to various policies and other reasons, we do not ship goods to the following countries: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and The Gaza Strip region in Palestine.

Shipping Options

Our shipping options are: Express, Standard, Standard with CO₂ offsetting, and Standard DDP.

Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent once the order is confirmed, and we will prepare your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order. Just click the number to follow your package on our tracking page and see the latest updates — or copy the tracking number, head to our Track Your Order page, and paste it into the tracking field.

Cancellation

We put our best efforts into expediting processing and shipping times, so the time window for changes and cancellation will be relatively short – usually within a couple of hours as you place your order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at Support@redunk.com as soon as possible.

Orders marked “delivered” by the courier. Please contact your local Post Office or the courier to obtain information regarding your package.

Wrong address. We will not be responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
